Your homework is to measure your area that the building will be going and check for any obstructions that would not allow the building to be built or placed there. Second thing to do is determine what you’re going to use the building for and how much space will be needed. You can use bedrooms in your home, garages, and other buildings you have there now for estimating the size you may need. Keep in mind we have never in all our years as a building consultant and salespeople has anyone ever told us “I wished I would have built a smaller building” it is always the other way around. Third thing is some case’s measure the tallest item you have going in the building, this will determine what the door height needs to be and usually the final eve height to accommodate the proper door.
